George Best, Jr.
George A. Best, Jr. is a 06' alumnus of Washington College with a B.A. in Business Management. Born in San Bernardino, CA, George moved to Chestertown, MD at the age of five. Upon graduating from Kent County High School, George was the proud recipient of the Chestertown Mayor's Scholarship, awarded once every four years for full tuition at nearby Washington College.
Following his graduation, George moved to Philadelphia, PA for about a year and a half, where he held the position of Asset/Site Manager for the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Moving back to Chestertown, MD in 2008, George took a position with the Dixon Valve & Coupling Co. in the Sales & Marketing Dept., where he currently works.
